 LHOP is a private/public organization focused on making homes more affordable to low to moderate income people living and working in Lancaster County. Through its programs and partnerships LHOP advocates, educates and facilitates local solutions to the county's growing need for affordable housing.
Through its partnerships and programs, LHOP promotes a wide variety of local affordable housing solutions including homebuyer education, community-reinvestment loans, tax credits, investment incentives, revised ordinances, unified codes, streamlined processes, private/public partnerships, mixed-use developments, high-density housing, livable communities and downtown housing revitalization.
