Homebuyer education program.  Approximately 6,000 perspective homebuyers have completed the course. Benefits of the course include:
- Preparation for financial decisions and obligations that come with buying and owning a home.
- Learn what to expect from real estate agents, lenders and other professionals involved in the homebuying process.
- Course fulfills training requirements of the primary lender's special mortgage products.
LHOP provides certified classroom training and instruction in both English and Spanish. Classes help to prepare participants for the homebuying process and the responsibilities of homeownership.
